Business Associate Agreements (BAA)
A Business Associate Agreement is a HIPAA-required contract between a covered entity and a vendor that defines how Protected Health Information is safeguarded. IntelMedica executes mutual BAAs with qualified organizations and builds RN Scribe with HIPAA-aligned safeguards. Our team reviews each request and follows up with next steps.
